 For this challenge card, I used Spellbinder's Labels Twenty in a fold-over shape card, the Stacked frames surround sentiment from Musical Notes Labels Twenty by Just Rite Stamp.  "Music washes away from the Soul the dust of Everyday Life." The Bird and branch and leaves are a Stampin UP punch called Bird Builder.   It has coordinating stamps, but I didn't use them.  The embossing on the cardfront and the blue striped paper layer is Sheet Music from the Holly Swirls and Sheet Music Set embossing folders by Sizzix.  Satin Ribbon and rhinestones finish off this card which will become a get well card on the inside verse area.  I may add a matching blue tiny bow at the top of the word music...thinking about that!
